The Embodied Executive Program is the leading program in the mbody training suite, under the Leadership Wellbeing Space. It has been developed to attract high-level management and individuals belonging to the C-Suite, such as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), and COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Fortune 500 companies.
The program invites C-Suite individuals to lead with acute self-awareness and empathy for others in order to display emotional intelligence, manage staff performance and create a high-performance culture.

The Four Elements of the Mbody Method
Leadership and presence start with awareness and focus. A truly authentic ‘executive’ presence begins with realising that leadership is about being self-aware without being self-centred. It is about bringing your authentic self and, at the same time, enabling, encouraging and rewarding others to bring themselves.
Authentic leadership and presence are about recognising our emotional energy so we are able to speak with confidence and authority, as well as achieve personal and professional goals and objectives.
Authentic Presence
Persuasive Leadership
Leadership that persuades starts with composure; the art of being calm and emotionally responsible. A persuasive leader realises that effective leadership is about taking responsibility for themselves by recognising and releasing emotional and physical energy.
Having control over our instincts and impulses is the ability to resist the urge to react to our own desires. Leaders develop an ability to bridge the pathway, in the brain, from emotion to action and choose assertiveness, care and vulnerability.
Executive Empowerment
Leadership that empowers starts with relationships: building trust by setting and maintaining well-defined boundaries. True ‘executive’ leadership recognises that empowerment is about being in healthy relationships to others without sacrificing our relationship with self. It is about creating a safe, clear line where ‘I’ starts and ‘you’ begins.
Boundaries define us as separate from others, but they also help define who we are in relation to others. They define what is ‘you’ and what is ‘me’. Empowered leadership is about how effective and healthy our boundaries are.
Embodied Leadership
Embodying leadership starts with cultivating and nurturing a secure leadership style. True ‘executive’ leadership recognises that people with secure attachment develop appropriate independent and dependent behaviours, they are flexible and adaptable to change and openly seek support when necessary. They are empathetic and understand emotions and relationships. Leaders who are secure trust others, show hope and optimism and a belief in one’s ability to solve problems.
Embodied leaders are leaders who have developed healthy emotional, physical and mental boundaries, as well as a compassionate and nurturing use of language.
Embodied leaders nurture and value honest interactions with others. They speak and act with the embodied values of nurturing, constructive, insightful and compassionate leadership. In our model, leaders choose to Listen, Empathise, Analyse, Decide, Encourage and Respect others so they can always interact from a state of emotional security that promotes a secure leadership style. It is these leadership qualities that are developed through The Embodied Executive Program: Embodied Leadership.
